Shipping policy

Domestic Standard Shipping:

Shipping is free of charge all over Pakistan and through cash on delivery or bank transfer payment method. Deliveries are made in 1-2 working days after your item has been dispatched.

If you have selected cash on delivery, please have the exact amount of cash before your package arrives and arrange for someone to be present to receive the package between 9 am and 5 pm on the day of delivery.

Domestic Express Shipping:

Express shipping can be arranged for an extra charge, usually between Rs.400-500, that depends on your delivery location within Pakistan. To order through express shipping, contact us at info@pelagoboutique.com with the product details.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide, but currently only provide cash on delivery services through our website within Pakistan. For international orders and shipping rates, email us at info@pelagoboutique.com.
